ProxyEmpire is run by SWIFT SAAS LTD., a company registered in Bulgaria. It sells rotating residential, static residential, rotating and dedicated mobile, rotating datacenter and unmetered residential proxies. Billing depends on the product: per GB, per IP, per dedicated device, or by bandwidth speed on daily, weekly or monthly cycles.
