Trial & refunds
New accounts can get 500 MB of free residential traffic, but the docs say it is not enabled automatically and must be requested from support; unlimited-plan trials are arranged through sales. Under the terms, fees are non-refundable, with a full refund only when a service is defective within 24 hours of purchase for reasons outside the customer's control and support cannot fix it that day.
