Trial & refunds
The FAQ and a site pop-up offer 512 MB of free trial traffic through support, and the Web Scraper API has a free trial plan of 1,000 requests. The refund policy (effective January 1, 2023) says all payments are final and lists non-refundable cases, including once data transfer has started; its introduction still contains an unfilled '[website address]' placeholder. The July 2026 license agreement repeats that purchases, unused traffic and balances are non-refundable except under that policy.
