Trial & refunds
The FAQ offers a 1 GB residential trial: register, then ask support (Telegram is the preferred channel) to apply it. No other trial terms are published. The terms (last updated 28 April 2024) say refunds are generally not supported, except for two plans ordered by mistake at the same time or a wrongly chosen plan that was not used; subscription fees cannot be cancelled or refunded.
