FlyProxy sells rotating residential proxies in 30-day GB packs ($2.50/GB at 20 GB to $0.80/GB at 10 TB), unlimited-traffic residential plans, static residential and static datacenter IPs, per-GB 'Long Acting ISP' proxies and scraper/SERP APIs. The site names no operating company or address, does not disclose how IPs are sourced, and says the service is not available in mainland China.

Trial & refunds
Trial statements conflict. Site-wide banners offer 500 MB of free traffic through customer service, and the homepage FAQ says buyers who contact sales after signing up get trial credit, but the FAQ page says FlyProxy does not offer trial packages and suggests buying a small package. On refunds, the Terms of Service and homepage FAQ say purchases are not refundable once sold; the FAQ page and static-proxy FAQs allow refunds or replacements only when proxies do not work; the separate Refund Policy page (effective 1 Jan 2022) allows refunds within 14 days of purchase regardless of usage.
