Renewal & cancellation

Manual PAYG has no monthly renewal. Optional Auto-Recharge orders the selected traffic at a balance threshold. FastSpring charges immediately when enabled; Stripe charges at the selected limit. Cancel subscription in the account to stop it; changing its settings requires canceling and creating another.

Unused traffic & account credit

Purchased traffic has no expiry and remains until consumed. This does not establish a separate cash balance or free test allocation lifetime.

Refund conditions

Seven-day refunds apply only to the first Intro purchase and exclude crypto. Less than 20% of purchased traffic remaining at review or after a request triggers review and possible denial; this is not a 20%-consumed limit. Misuse can also disqualify. Payment-processing fees are nonrefundable.

DataImpulse sells residential, premium residential, mobile and datacenter proxies on a pay-as-you-go model in which purchased traffic does not expire. Its terms name Softoria LLC, a US-registered company, as the operator. Proxyway links it to the Ukrainian development agency Softoria and dates its launch to 2022.

Residential purchasing review (2026-09-28): The newer help article offers free test traffic to eligible users with a corporate email. The allowance, duration, product coverage and card requirements are not published. The older help article still says no free trial; the newer article describes this corporate-email exception. The $5 Intro remains a paid purchase. The seven-day refund applies only to a first Intro purchase and excludes crypto. A request may be refused if less than 20% of the purchased traffic remains. That is a remaining-balance condition, not a limit of 20% consumed.
