KocerRoxy is a proxy seller based in Ankara, Turkey, that started in 2019 as a Discord-based reseller. It sells rotating residential proxies billed per GB and rotating datacenter proxies with unlimited bandwidth billed by time and thread count. Its terms state a strict no-refund policy.
