711Proxy is a proxy brand of Velocity Wave Limited, a Hong Kong company incorporated in April 2024. It sells rotating residential proxies billed per GB or per IP, static residential (ISP) IPs, mobile proxies by GB, unlimited-traffic residential plans and daily SOCKS5 IP plans. It advertises 100M+ residential IPs in 200+ countries but does not say how the IPs are obtained.

Trial & refunds

711Proxy does not offer a free trial; its FAQ says the smallest top-ups are 5 GB or 200 IPs, and a 50-IP pack for $10 is limited to new users. Paid trials exist for unlimited proxies ($15 for one hour at 200 Mbps) and port plans ($5 for 5 ports for one day). The refund policy (updated 2026-03-23) excludes refunds on residential, unlimited, SOCKS5 and static residential orders, while the terms of service still allow a 24-hour refund request for static residential proxies that fail and cannot be fixed.
