Paid mini plans (per the help center, purchasable within 24 hours of registration) cost $4.99 for 1 GB residential, $3 for 300 MB mobile and $5 for 5 GB datacenter, each valid a week; the homepage also lists $20 for 1 hour of unlimited residential and $2 for one static IP. New accounts receive $1 of wallet credit. Refunds are limited to duplicate orders or a wrong plan, with card or PayPal fees (about 4%) deducted, and are refused for suspended accounts or expired plans.
