## Trial & refunds

Databay offers no free trial and suggests testing with the smallest paid order. Its Refund Policy (updated September 17, 2026) says sales are final except for verified network defects reported within seven calendar days with no more than 100 MB used, after giving support 24 hours to fix the issue; blocks by target sites do not qualify. The policy applies the same refund rights to crypto purchases, refunded through the payment processor, with service credit only by agreement; the FAQ still says crypto is compensated as store credit. Statutory EU/UK withdrawal rights (14 days) are kept.
