## Trial & refunds

Every new account gets 5 shared static datacenter IPs with a 1 GB bandwidth cap and no card required. Rotating residential, mobile and rotating datacenter plans are refundable within 3 days if no more than 100 MB was used; static datacenter needs under 1 GB used and fewer than 1,000 IPs. For static residential the ToS refunds only orders under 5 IPs (the smallest plan is 5 IPs), while its pricing FAQ says under 10. Refunds cover only the first payment.
