## Trial & refunds

The site offers 1 GB of free residential trial traffic to users who ask support (live chat or Telegram); the help center says static residential IPs get no free trial. For 7 days after registering, new accounts can buy one-off packs: 1 GB of residential traffic for $0.99, one US static IP for 7 days for $0.99, or one hour of 100 Mbps unlimited bandwidth for $1.99. The refund agreement (effective 27 Nov 2025) gives no refunds once a service is delivered or data transfer has started; unusable IPs are credited back to the account balance. The FAQ says quality-related exchanges or refunds must be requested within 24 hours. Only an account's first refund goes back to the original payment method; card and Alipay refunds cost 5% and USDT refunds $2.
